- 1946年 7月 戦後の食糧難に対処するため、三井船舶㈱の水産部門として「協同水産株式会社」の名称で発足
- 1949年 5月 株式を東京証券取引所市場第二部に上場
- 1951年 5月 社名を「協同海運株式会社」に変更し､本格的に海運業に転進
- 1953年 8月 三井船舶㈱傘下の宝永汽船㈱、蓬来タンカー㈱の両社を吸収合併し､社名を「富士汽船株式会社」に変更
- 1991年 3月 従来の大阪商船三井船舶㈱の系列を離れ、ヒューマックスグループの系列会社となる

- 2008年 1月 「モーモーパラダイス」海外フランチャイズ店舗の1号店をタイ・バンコクにオープン
- 2009年11月 ㈱ヒューマックスの完全子会社㈱クレディックスが、当社普通株式に対する公開買付けを実施

- 1946/07 Mitsui Steamship Co., Ltd. founded Kyodo Suisan Co., Ltd., a fishery company, whose purpose was to answer the food shortage problem in Japan after the World WarⅡ.
- 1949/05 Kyodo-Suisan shares were listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
- 1951/05 Renamed to Kyodo-Kaiun Co., Ltd. and retreated completely from fishing and concentrated on shipping business.
- 1953/08 After merging with two other subsidiary shipping companies of Mitsui Steamship, it renamed itself to Fuji Kisen Co., Ltd.
- 1991/03 The Humax Group, which operated entertainment business in central Tokyo, acquired the majority stake in Fuji Kisen.
- 1994/03 It changed its Article of Incorporation to accommodate newly started hospitality business.
- 1994/07 Moved it’s headquarter office to Shinjuku, Tokyo.
- 1997/03 Took over Humax Heart Inc. as its subsidiary and started to concentrate on retail food and beverage business.
- 1997/09 Founded Humax Asia Co., Ltd., a joint venture company in order to develop Tokyo Italian restaurant chain in Taiwan.
- 1998/03 Humax Asia Co., Ltd. opened the first store, Bellini Cafe on Fu-Shing North Road in Taipei.
- 2000/07 Took over Humax Heart Co., Ltd and completely committed into food and beverage business.
- 2000/09 A license agreement was signed with Lawry’s Restaurant Inc. in U.S.A. to operate Lawry's The Prime Rib restaurants in Japan.
- 2000/10 Change the name to Wondertable, Ltd. and completely retreated from shipping business.
- 2006/06 A license agreement was signed with Union Square Hospitality Group in New York to operate Union Square Tokyo in downtown Tokyo.
- 2007/09 The first Mo-Mo-Paradise franchise store opened in Yamagata City.
- 2008/01 The first Mo-Mo-Paradise overseas franchise store opened in Bangkok.
- 2010/04 Delisted from Tokyo Stock Exchange.
- 2010/12 The first Mo-Mo-Paradise overseas franchise store opened in Shanghai.
- 2011/10 The third Mo-Mo-Paradise overseas franchise store opened in Bangkok.
